items purchased two Dell 24 inch computers, i would have liked the 27 inch but i had to make do with it, the goods were delivered in the mentioned time, the computers are of good workmanship. only beware that the keyboards are Germanic model. so you have problems to recognize the keys. you have to buy stickers to identify them. also i would suggest to put at least a 500GB hard drive. today 256gb is not enough. otherwise positive experience.

Great price, thanks to them I got an appliance that I wanted, but apparently, it was not available in the Italian market. Thanks to them I was able to get it. And thanks to Siemens who thankfully provides warranty service throughout Europe, even though the product was not intended for our market yet. So I'll see you at the next Bosch/Siemens electromest. WARRANTY3 is the technical assistance service aimed at the continuation of the manufacturer's warranty period through the repair and/or replacement of the good, or, if repair and/or replacement is not possible, a refund of the purchase price reduced by a percentage related to the age of the good.

WARRANTY3 is for the continuation of the manufacturer's warranty period for 3 years (or for a shorter period if the original manufacturer's warranty lasts for more than 2 years) and shall take effect as set out below.

The assistance service offered by WARRANTY3 may not last longer than 60 months from the purchase of the product to be guaranteed.
