GARANZIA3 is a technical support service that allows you to protect your purchases for longer thanks to a certificate that renews over time all maintenance and after-sales services guaranteed by the manufacturing companies.

A Safe Way to Save

The purchase of GARANZIA3 is, in fact, much cheaper than an out-of-warranty repair. In case of malfunction, breakdown or damage to the product, GARANZIA3 will give you the right to repair for an additional 36 months from the expiration date of the legal warranty of the purchased good.

If the product cannot be repaired, Garanzia3 will propose its replacement or refund the purchase value of the good, deducting 10% of the purchase value for each year.

The service is valid from the expiration of the legal warranty.

In any case, GARANZIA3 must be activated within 12 months from the purchase of the product and has a maximum duration of 60 months from the date of purchase of the latter.

Household appliances

DIY

In order to best meet the customer's needs, GARANZIA3 has five types of product depending on the ceiling, which is the maximum sustainable cost per intervention.
