Payment methods at Sferaufficio
Amazon Pay
Online transactions are made via your Amazon wallet, where you already have your credit cards, bank account details, etc. securely stored.
For your and our security, when paying by this method the destination address of the goods will be the one you choose from those stored in your Amazon account.
However, the processing of the order will start after the actual crediting to our account, which usually takes 1 working day.
Credit Card
.To ensure maximum payment security, on-line transactions for purchases on Sferaufficio paid for by credit card are carried out with digital certification, via a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This system encrypts the information entered, making it impossible for external users to intercept it.
When you pay for your order by credit card, Sferaufficio automatically sends you a link to a secure third-party gateway page that will handle the transaction. On this page, you must enter your card details (card number and expiry date), which will be handled absolutely securely. The data is, in fact, directly transmitted to the bank, thus offering the highest degree of guarantee.
The online transaction is absolutely secure because no one, not even Sferaufficio, can find out the codes of the credit cards used by its customers. The code is only used for the payment transaction. If the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate and Sferaufficio only receives a receipt number from the bank. No trace of the credit card number and security code remains in any of the Sferaufficio electronic or paper files.
On receipt of payment, confirmation will be sent by email and the order will then be processed immediately.
In the event of cancellation or non-acceptance of the order by Sferaufficio, the amount will be refunded by crediting the customer's card. Sferaufficio shall not be liable for any damages caused by the cancellation or non-acceptance of the order.
Advance bank transfer
The order confirmation email contains the Sferatrade Srl bank details to be used to make payment. You must specify the order reference number in the account notes, otherwise the fulfilment process may be delayed.
To speed up the process, after making the transfer send the payment confirmation by e-mail to bonifici@sferaufficio.com or by fax to +39 0923 309992.
If the bank transfer is not received within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of placing the order, the order will be cancelled without further notice.

After receipt of payment, confirmation will be sent by e-mail and the order will then be processed.
All payments shall be made in favour of Sferaufficio without the customer being able to oppose any compensation, deduction or other claim. In the event of non-payment of the price owed by the customer within 7 days of the placing of the order or at the same time with the delivery of the goods in the case of cash on delivery payment, the contract of sale shall be deemed to have been rescinded by right pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 1456 of the Civil Code.
Financing
The form of instalment payment can only be used by end consumers who hold a bank or postal account.
To request financing, it is necessary to select, at the end of the order procedure, the Findomestic Financing payment method: the Client will then be redirected, for the completion of the financing practice, to the Findomestic Spa website - a consumer credit finance company - where he/she will have to complete the online request form with some personal data and the transmission of documentation.
The availability and price of the purchased item is subject to the actual availability and price that will be present on the sferaufficio.com website at the time of authorisation by Findomestic.
Sferatrade Srl reserves the right to maintain the initial price if it is possible, otherwise it will agree with the client on how to pay the difference in the event that the article should have a higher price during the authorisation phase by Findomestic, if on the other hand the price is lowered, Sferatrade Srl will reimburse the client.
