THE TIMES FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS TO THE COURIER ARE EXPRESSLY INDICATED ON THE PAGE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM.

THE DAYS LISTED ARE ALWAYS INCLUDED AS WORKING DAYS EXCLUDING SATURDAY-SUN. AND HOLIDAYS.

SHIPMENT ALWAYS TAKES PLACE BY EXPRESS COURIER  WITH INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Sferatrade Srl can now accept orders with worldwide shipment. Sferatrade Srl does not ship to Mail Boxes and companies which provide domiciliation services. For every order placed on www.sferaufficio.com, Sferatrade Srl shall issue an invoice/tax receipt for the material shipped. Within your personal area, you can download both the invoice and the tax receipt in PDF format. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be used;

Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order (in many cases shipping costs may be free of charge). Payment of the goods by the Customer shall be made using the method chosen when placing the order;

Delivery of ordered goods is on the ground floor. The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes.

Delivery times for the goods ordered are purely indicative; they may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. No responsibility can be attributed to Sferatrade Srl in the event of delays in the execution of the order or in the delivery of the goods ordered.

Standard delivery will take place at the following times: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., every day, non-holiday, Monday to Friday. The courier shall make the first delivery without prior notice. In the event of the Customer's absence, the courier leaves a notice and retries delivery within 24/48 hours; in the event of further absence, notice is again left and the Customer is contacted by the courier for a third attempt. Should this also be unsuccessful, the Customer shall be contacted by Sferatrade Srl with whom he shall define the delivery details. If the fourth attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods shall be returned to Sferatrade Srl, resulting in the cancellation of the order and the reversal of the amount paid by the customer minus the transport costs.


What to do when receiving the parcel

Upon arrival of the courier:

Check the integrity of the parcel now! If the parcel is not intact, you must refuse delivery or collect the parcel by signing a specific reservation. Try to describe the damage condition of the parcel as best you can.

EXAMPLE I ACCEPT WITH RESERVATION BECAUSE THE PARCEL IS DENTED ON THE UPPER SIDE

  • The signature with reservation should be placed on the delivery note that the courier will bring you;
  • The signature with reservation can also be affixed if the courier has the electronic pad;
  • The conditional signature is required to initiate insurance practices;
  • Always check that the courier carries your reservation on his POD. (example).

After collecting the parcel:

IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED:

If the packaging is damaged, the product is ruined and you have signed a specific reservation, send an email within 3 calendar days of delivery to assistenza@sferaufficio.com describing what happened and attaching several photographs.

IF THE PACKAGING IS INTACT:

If the packaging is intact and the product inside is damaged, send a report within 3 calendar days of delivery by mail to the address assistenza@sferaufficio.com describing what happened and 7 photographs (one of the damage to the product and 6 for the six sides of the packaging).

Within 14 calendar days:

  • Check the damage and report before proceeding with any kind of product installation;
  • Before sending the parcel, please include a copy of the order confirmation and a description of the problem encountered;
  • In case the original packaging is damaged, put everything inside a larger package.
