Warranty

Sferatrade guarantees that the Products comply with the regulations and health, technical and safety standards applicable under Italian law and European Union law. Sferatrade also guarantees that the Products are free from defects and/or defects and/or non-compliance: (i) towards Consumers, for the period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery provided for by articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code; (ii) towards non-Consumer Customers, for 12 (twelve) months from delivery or for the longer period applied by the manufacturer.

Terms for reporting

The deadline for reporting defects and/or defects and/or non-compliance of the Products is: (i) for Consumers, 2 (two) months from discovery, pursuant to article 132 of the Consumer Code; (ii) for non-Consumer Customers, 8 (eight) days from discovery, pursuant to articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code.

Warranty exercise methods and remedies

For the return of Products that the Customer (Consumer and non) deems defective and/or defective and/or non-compliant, in accordance with the above articles, Sferatrade reserves the right to request the sending of photographs with attached images of the Product for which it is requested to be able to enjoy the guarantee, attesting, if possible, the reason for availing of the guarantee. In the event of acceptance of the Customer's complaint, Sferatrade sends a communication with authorization to return and instructions for return at its own expense. In any case, the Customer, before returning, the Product is invited to wait for the instructions or any proposals from Sferatrade. In the event of defects, defects or non-compliance ascertained, Sferatrade provides (i) repair, replacement of the Product, issuance of a voucher or refund at the choice of the Consumer, provided that it is not excessively burdensome; (II) at its discretion, repair, replacement of the Product or issuance of a voucher, subject to different agreements with the non-consumer Customer.

Exclusion of warranty for all Customers

Any warranty is expressly excluded in relation to defects and/or defects and/or non-compliance that may arise in relation and due to improper use, not in compliance with the indications or instructions/user manual of the Product or inadequate or otherwise negligent, imprudent and unskilled storage, taking into account the nature and characteristics of the Products.

Warranty limitations for non-consumer Customers

The warranty is not applicable or may not operate in whole or in part in the event that the non-consumer Customer has not respected, due to his own fact and fault, the recommendations at the time of delivery referred to in article 9.
